Assistant Bureau Manager
We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing Psychic business in Leeds. The role is predominantly office based, but some home based work may also required. Its 38 hours a week on a rotational basis, and this may also require regular weekend work. Full training will be provided, however a naturally friendly and empathetic approach to customer service is essential. The right candidate will also have great IT skills including Microsoft Office and also be social media savvy.
Responsibilities will include:
• Handling Customer Service queries
• Involvement in the recruitment process of Psychic readers
• Utilising LinkedIn, social media and internal company systems
• Training and managing a team of Psychic readers
• Quality control and monitoring of calls
• Liaising with multiple teams across the business
